Responsibilities for Sales Agent

• Making client visits to present and promote products and services
• establish relationships with new customers
• maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Conducting negotiations for sales contracts. Work to ensure that negotiations go smoothly and lead to the purchase of our product or services.
• Providing after-sales support
• Maintaining contact with clients with a view to securing further sales/orders
• Identifying potential new clients
• identify and respond to client needs
• keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
• meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
• meet sales target regularly

Requirements

Our Sales agents will typically require the following skills:

• Must have a laptop or Tablet (one may be provided)
• Strong business sense and ability to reach sales targets
• Experience of Business to Business (B2B) sales
• Knowledge of our product sector and geographical territory
• Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio
• Familiarity with common computer software applications, social media platforms, and the argetam.com site
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Determined, ambitious with an excellent attitude to work
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean and Smart appearance
